Why will it happen?
Jesus Christ is coming back to restore the world to God's original intention before sin entered. A place of bliss and peace. A place of relationship and fellowship between God and man.
Today, anyone that refuses to acknowledge God is like a squatter that is living in a property and totally denies the existence and relevance of the landlord. One day, the landlord will return with an eviction order, with the appropriate force of law, and re-claim the property. This is precisely what will happen when Jesus returns. He will judge every man and woman, living or dead, for their role in the world.
The day of judgement will be dreadful because of God's high standard of holiness. However, because He is also a God of mercy, He first sent Jesus into the world to provide a ransom for the sins of mankind. This free gift of salvation is available to all who will acknowledge their sins and turn to God in repentance.
For over 2,000 years now, mankind has been put on notice for the return of Jesus Christ. The clock is ticking.... One day, possibly very soon, Christ will return suddenly and it would be too late to be saved.
Please be clear about this, God's judgment is coming on the world. You can repent today and turn to Jesus Christ.
