What is it?

This One Event is the second coming of Jesus Christ to the world to overthrow evil and establish the Kingdom of God on earth. It is the single event that will have the most profound effect on humanity - suddenly and forever changing the world in all areas of existence.

Jesus Christ spoke clearly in the Gospels about the events and signs that will characterise the end of the world as we know it today. There are also hundreds of Bible passages on this subject by Old Testament prophets and New Testament apostles.

Unlike His first entry to the world over 2,000 years ago as a baby born in an obscure manger, the second coming of Jesus Christ will be with great majesty and power. He is coming to execute God's judgment on the world, rewarding the just and punishing all rebellion against God's authority.

Jesus warned His audience: "For as a snare shall it (end of the world) come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth" (Luke 21:34 KJV). He also gave them a twin-strategy that should guide them: 'Keep watch' and 'Be ready' (Luke 21:36, Luke 12:40)

Personally, are you ready for the second coming of Jesus Christ? Put another way, if Jesus returns now; are you ready to meet Him face to face? If your answer is 'no' or 'not sure', please consider God's offer of salvation. This involves repenting from your sins, turning to God for forgiveness through the sacrifice of Jesus at Calvary, and making Jesus the Lord of your life.

This One Event is imminent. We all need to be ready for it.
