                 "… encouraging one another, and all the more as you see        the Day drawing near." (Hebrews 10:25)

The second coming of Jesus is the most direct intervention of God in the affairs of mankind. There has never been anything like it before. And after this great event, NOTHING will remain the same for mankind.

For both believers and unbelievers, the second coming of Jesus has huge implications and eternal consequences.

These are imminent and grave matters that the Lord expects believers to share constantly with those that we can reach - believers and unbelievers. As God's representatives on earth, believers cannot afford to be quiet on the second coming of Jesus - if we truly understand its implications.

Again and again, Jesus warned His hearers that His coming will be sudden and unexpected. On this basis, He told them to 'Watch and Pray' so that the Day will not catch them napping. This ought to be our message to our fellow believers with whom we share this glorious hope. This is what the passage above implies.
